TERMS & CONDITIONS IN CAMPING ROŽNOV

1. In Camping area we can accommodate a person that applies for a stay and pays certain charges according to our price list.
2. The prices charged for accommodation and services provided in our camp are payed in advance for the whole staying period. By making reservation you do not have a claim for a particular cottage, just for a type of cottage.
3. After arrival to the camp, every guest has to report to reception and submit their passport or other identity card. Every guest has to be reported to the reception. This applies to guests in cottages, tents and caravans.
4. After paying all fees the receptionist will give you keys to your accommodation or assign you a spot where you can place your tent or park your caravan or other vehicle.
5. Park your vehicle in a way that will not prevent arrival of other vehicles and will not disturb other guests.
6. Every guest will recieve accommodation voucher within arrival. If the guest is accommodated in a tent or caravn they will also recieve a registration card, which they are obliged to visibly attach to their tent or caravan.
7. Camp guests can not carry out any landscaping, building supporting structures, stairs, shelters or other auxiliary buildings or place any items or equipment that does not serve accommodation purposes without the written consent of the camp operator.
8. Overnight stays of familly members and other individuals who are not registered for residence is strictly prohibited.
9. Using camp grounds is allowed only to people which are not affected by infectious disease or parasital disease and do not have ordered health surveillance or quarantine.
10. If the guest cancels their reservation the accommodation charges are subject to pricing and cancellation policy. (If the reason is major then you can negotiate with our reception about refunding a % of your payed charges).
11. Ditch boundary around tents is not allowed.
12. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings.
13. Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to move freely around the camp without supervision because of security reasons.
14. Night piece is applied since 10pm until 7 am, completele calm is required. Events by the campfires are allowed after 10pm but only at the designated places and in a way that does not disturb other guests.
15. If you want to leave camp before 8am it is necessary to report that to the receptionist in advance. Leaving at this time must be kept in piece and without unnecessary noise.
16. The reception is open to visitors and guests in the main season from 8am to 8pm and in off season from 8am till noon (12pm) and then from 2pm to 6pm.
17. Operational reasons can occur and change your parking, tent or caravan places.
18. Complaints and improvement suggestions are accepted by the camp supervisor, respectivelly the camp receptionist.
19. In a case of reclamation of services you need to write proper reclamation protocol with the camp representative. Reclamation must be done without any unnecessary delays on the spot. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into account.
20. It is not allowed to bother other camp guests with loud screaming, singing, radio or other loud actions. For playing games there is a reserved area in our camp grounds.
21. Riding a motor vehicle or bicycle is allowed only for the purposes of arriving or leaving and only on the reserved paths. Maximum allowed speed in the whole camp area is 15kmph.
22. Cleaning and maintenance of motor vehicles is strictly prohibited in the whole camping grounds.
23. Dogs can not move around the camp area without a leash. The owners must not endanger safety of other guests. The owners are obliged to clean their dogs excrements.
24. Guests of the camping are obliged to handle fire with caution. Starting your own campfire next to your cottage is strictly banned! There are designated places for campfire use.
25. Guests and visitors are obliged to pay attention to keeping the camping grounds clean and calm and are obliged to treat other guests considerately.
26. All camp visitors and guests can not damage the camp devices, equipment, plants, natural beauty of the camp and its surroundings.
27. Camp visitor which will damage or destroy camp devices or damage property in the kitchenette or in the sanitary facilities or other places in the camp will have to compensate for the damage done.
28. In the day of their leaving, the guests are required to leave their cottages untill 10am. Check out at 10am also applies to guests accommodated in tents or caravans. If you exceed the time given for a check out the provider might require a whole day stay fee.
29. Trash belongs in designated places into designated containers.
30. Washing dishes is only allowed in designated places (kitchenette).
31. Before leaving the camp, the guest is obliged to put their place of camping and its surroundings to its original state.
32. When leaving a cottage, bungalow or apartment the guests must take off sheets from the used beds (according to number of guests) including the mattress sheet, clean and take out the trash, and if some equipment was damaged, report that to the reception and eventually pay the damage, if they used dishes, they need to clean them, if using grill, they need to clean it. If the guest pollutes the surrounding of their accommodation they need to clean this. If these conditions are not met, the guest will be charged a fee for extra cleaning according to the camp price list.
33. The furniture which is part of the accommodation either inside or on a terrace is strictly forbidden to move outside of the surrounding of the accommodation. If the guest breaks this rule, they will face a fee in the amount of 500 Kč.
34. The provider guarantees liable for cash, documents and other valuables only if these items have been handed over for safekeeping. The provider is not liable for things loosely stored elsewhere.
35. The guests are obliged to report their final departure to the reception.
36. The guests and visitors are obliged to unreservedly obey the inscructions of camp employees.
37. The campsite provider is not responsible for injuries and damage to the camp user's property if he is not responsible for their damage. He is also not liable for the loss of personal belongings.
38. Every visitor has to get to know the operating rules and is obliged to follow them.
39. The camp operating rules are binding on all who want to stay in the camp grounds. Every person who violates the operating rules will be expelled without any compensation.
40. Violating the camp service and disturbing a quiet stay of other visitors which is not contained in the operating rules or accommadtion rules can be solved by calling the CZ Police department. This situation can also be addressed to the camp supervisor in writing, which will have the nature of amendment to the operating rules.
41. Non-accommodated visitors are forbidden from entering the camping grounds with the exception of a non-accommodated visitors who bought a valid ticket at the reception.
42. The campsite is monitored by a camera system.
